Projected Staging Times
Please be at the competition venue 1 hour before your projected staging time. If able we will try and get your divisions out early.  

Based on our projections we estimated we will finish the Saturday Events by 6:00PM.

For divisions beginning at 9:00 AM, you have been pre-assigned to rings, please report directly to those rings Saturday and Sunday morning.  Please check in at the assigned ring prior to 9:00 AM, as competition will start promptly at 9:00 AM.

All kata and kobudo will be pre-assigned rings.  Please make sure you have your profiles complete in Uventex, to receive the text/ email alerts for your divisions.  You must check off the box that you want to receive text alerts.

If you register multiple athletes or have multiple profiles make sure you have your phone number listed on each profile so you can receive the alerts to when your division should report to the ring, or if you division has been reassigned to a different ring.

Kumite divisions will meet in the staging area to ensure all athletes are present. From the the staging they will be assign the first available ring.
