Compete against some of the best AAU karateka in the Midwest. In 2023 this event featured karateka from Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina and South Carolina and Kentucky.
The Central District Championship is a qualifier for the AAU Karate Nationals and the AAU Junior Olympic Games.

Once you hit the link you will be directed to the HIE website. Scroll down to the date range and enter the date, February 17th departing February 18th . Click ‘search’ this will take you to the room types we reserved. If you don’t want to use the link, you can call the hotel directly at 708.418.1188 and ask for a room in our block, AAU Karate. Our block drops off on February 2nd , if you don’t book by that date the discount will no longer be available. If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel, do so prior to February 15th. After that date you will be charged one night’s room plus tax.
